[Three Ministries Launch Special Campaign on Vehicle Transport Management, Strictly Regulate Market Access for New Vehicles]The General Offices of the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Public Security, and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Special Campaign on Vehicle Transport Management Action Plan," jointly carrying out the campaign from July to December 2025. Market access for new vehicles will be strictly regulated. Local public security traffic management departments and transport authorities shall further strengthen supervision over vehicle registration and market access, enhancing inspections of the external dimensions of newly added vehicle transports. Those failing to meet national standards will not be registered by public security traffic management departments nor issued road transport permits by transport authorities. The industry and information technology authorities shall intensify supervision over road motor vehicle producers, legally penalizing enterprises manufacturing non-compliant vehicle transports.

[Prices of Multiple Futures Soar, GFEX Takes Four Emergency Measures to Cool Market]As the market's "anti-rat race" competition progresses, multiple commodity varieties have gained popularity, with significant volatility in related futures contract prices. [Sichuan Energy: Waives Preemptive Right to Purchase Minority Stake in Subsidiary Nengtou Lithium]Sichuan Energy (000155.SZ) announced that it holds a 62.75% stake in Nengtou Lithium, while Yahua Group holds 37.25%. Yahua Group plans to transfer its 37.25% stake in Nengtou Lithium to its wholly-owned subsidiary Yahua Technology without compensation. After deliberation, the company decided to waive its preemptive right. This waiver does not alter its shareholding ratio in Nengtou Lithium, and it remains the controlling shareholder with unchanged consolidated reporting scope. (Cailian Press)

[Chengdu: H1 2025 Imports and Exports Hit Record High]According to Chengdu Customs data, the city's total foreign trade reached 427.47 billion yuan in H1, up 9.4% YoY, accounting for 82.3% of the province's total. Q1 and Q2 saw sequential growth in import-export volume, with H1 figures setting new historical highs. Export structure continued to optimize, with "PV, lithium-ion battery and NEV" exports totaling 8.26 billion yuan, up 33.6% YoY. Specifically, PV product and lithium-ion battery exports surged 185% and 204.8%, respectively. Exports of machine tools, materials technology, and medical instruments—closely tied to new quality productive forces—grew 29.6%, 103.5%, and 51.6%, respectively. (Cailian Press)

[Pulit: Company's First Batch of Square 314Ah Semi-Solid-State Batteries Rolled Off Production Line and Achieved Mass Delivery]Pulit (002324.SZ) disclosed in its investor relations activity record that increased shipments of 100Ah household ESS batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and semi-solid-state battery products positively contributed to its half-year performance. In solid-state batteries, the company's first batch of square 314Ah semi-solid-state batteries rolled off the production line and achieved mass delivery, making it the first domestic enterprise to complete the transition of this technology from lab to mass production. The company has actively pursued R&D across multiple solid-state electrolyte systems, collaborating closely with clients on product development and application research, with related products undergoing testing and validation. Meanwhile, the company is planning a pilot production line for all-solid-state batteries for future deliveries and has initiated development work on solid-state sodium-ion batteries.
