Market access for new vehicles will be strictly regulated. Local public security traffic management departments and transport authorities shall further strengthen supervision over vehicle registration and market access, enhancing inspections of the external dimensions of newly added vehicle transports. Those failing to meet national standards will not be registered by public security traffic management departments nor issued road transport permits by transport authorities. The industry and information technology authorities shall intensify supervision over road motor vehicle producers, legally penalizing enterprises manufacturing non-compliant vehicle transports.

[Chengdu: H1 2025 Imports and Exports Hit Record High]According to Chengdu Customs data, the city's total foreign trade reached 427.47 billion yuan in H1, up 9.4% YoY, accounting for 82.3% of the province's total. Q1 and Q2 saw sequential growth in import-export volume, with H1 figures setting new historical highs. Export structure continued to optimize, with "PV, lithium-ion battery and NEV" exports totaling 8.26 billion yuan, up 33.6% YoY. Specifically, PV product and lithium-ion battery exports surged 185% and 204.8%, respectively. In solid-state batteries, the company's first batch of square 314Ah semi-solid-state batteries rolled off the production line and achieved mass delivery, making it the first domestic enterprise to complete the transition of this technology from lab to mass production. The company has actively pursued R&D across multiple solid-state electrolyte systems, collaborating closely with clients on product development and application research, with related products undergoing testing and validation. Meanwhile, the company is planning a pilot production line for all-solid-state batteries for future deliveries and has initiated development work on solid-state sodium-ion batteries.
